  • Overview

    What you will do: Process, monitor, and report on a wide variety of patient financial issues including obtaining authorization, insurance and coverage verification, and coordinating data collection with care providers in order to ensure appropriate and timely patient care and optimum reimbursement for services rendered.

    Requirements

    Required Education/Experience: - High School Graduate or equivalent - One year customer service or related experience - One year experience in health care Preferred: - AA degree or equivalent - One year experience in Home Care admissions planning and continuity of care issues including case management/negotiations/insurance authorizations - One year experience in pediatric home care
