Provides technical analysis, testing, training, and support for audio-visual (AV) services involved in telemedicine practices, meetings, conferences and events. Services include in-room AV and video teleconference equipment support, basic network troubleshooting, and general set up of AV services. Also provides media duplication, AV equipment and event support scheduling, and routine equipment repairs.
- Associates Degree or at least two (2) years of college coursework in related field; OR vocational training and/or on-the-job training
- Minimum of two (2) years experience with the implementation, and support of complex, distributed production-quality AV and telemedicine solutions and services, including solid understanding of AV-telemedicine solutions that meet IS architecture standards and control requirements
- Experience with network technology and troubleshooting skills, in support of standard work processes.
- Certification as a Certified Technical Specialist (CTS) through InfoComm.
