    In this newly created position, the Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Manager will help improve and stabilize the Talent Acquisition function Enterprise wide.  Your primary responsibility is to create, operationalize and oversee centralized recruiting programs for the TA organization.  You will also ensure operational excellence from a programs and systems standpoint as well as oversee the team’s digital recruitment efforts. 

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for architecting centralized hiring programs for duplicative roles that will result in efficiency across the TA function and our clients as well as the ability to scale during recruitment peak times with ease.
    • Work with our Digital Recruitment Partner to manage media spend, directing specific areas of campaign focus depending on client demand and ensuring Seattle Children’s is attracting a diverse pool of candidates through our recruitment efforts.
    • Ensure multi-channel candidate efforts are activated, going beyond “post and pray”.
    • Create, manage and/or maintain enterprise wide TA programs such as Relocation, Immigration, Background Check, Vendor Management, Contingent Workforce, ATS (icims) site administration, Reporting, CSAT surveys.  Some programs will need to be built from scratch, others may need review and revision.  All will fall under the Programs and Op’s Manager for ongoing maintenance.
    • Oversee our recruiting event efforts, ensuring we are attending the right events and outlining pre and post event work and that we are achieve intended outcomes.
    • Work with TA Director to improve our Interview and Assessment methods Enterprise wide including potentially revising entire recruitment process and subsequently training our clients with various interviewing techniques and focusing on competency based interviewing.
    • May have direct reports.

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Four-year degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 8 years of progressive recruitment experience
    • Strong change management skills
    • Previous process work experience around centralized hiring and/or recruitment process improvements
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Previous experience managing large scale, enterprise programs
    • Strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills
    • Results focused, team player, ability to “get things done”
    • Familiarity with Tableau and/or other data analytics software
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
