Responsible for oversight of all marketing and communication efforts for Seattle Children’s. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction that fosters innovation, excellence and engagement, and supports the organization’s mission, vision and values. Specifically, develop and implement strategies that position Seattle Children’s as a regional and national and international center for pediatric health care, philanthropy and research. Develop, manage and assess programs and initiatives that enhance referrals, increase market share, enhance reputation, improve payor mix, increase community awareness and acceptance of Children’s and to build and sustain employee engagement. Collaborate with Seattle Children’s Leadership to develop, assess and implement strategic plans to evaluate, propose and develop new services to meet anticipated demand, trends and community needs. Collaborate with Research Institute and Foundation to review, recommend, propose and evaluate strategies that cultivate philanthropy and to enhance relationships with granting agencies, donors and others.
- Ten years’ leadership experience directing comprehensive marketing, planning and communication strategies for a large, complex organization with multiple constituencies and priorities.
Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or related field -
