Manage all facilities operations of off-site owned and leased facilities and supervise maintenance staff. Schedule maintenance and repair of building system. Assure compliance with all applicable regulations including, local and State, JCAHO and DOH. Manage capital, expense and staffing resources required to support the facilities. Ensures the safety of tenants/buildings as it relates to maintenance and construction of facilities owned or leased by CHRMC.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience, including facilities/building management or operations
