    What you will do: Responsible for the technology of extra-corporeal circulation and related procedures associated with cardio-pulmonary bypass(CPB), extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and circulatory assist during clinical, educational and research endeavors at Seattle Children’s Hospital, its affiliate institutions and wherever else Seattle Children’s chooses to employ this technology.


    Required Education/Experience:
    - Bachelors degree
    - Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Perfusion

    Required Credentials:
    -Current certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or certification eligible. If certification eligible then successful certification must be accomplished within one year of hire date.
    - BLS for healthcare providers.
    - As per the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), for Perfusionists performing moderately complex point of care testing, a copy of a diploma or transcript of the highest level of academic achievement to be on record with Human Resources upon hire. For personnel trained outside of the U.S., records of diploma/transcript must provide documented equivalency evaluation by a foreign credentialing agency.

    - Experience with infant and pediatric perfusion.
