What you will do: A Collaborative and creative individual, working closely with the Manager, Learning and Organization Development and business stakeholders for development, delivery and maintenance of accessible, up-to-date, effective and sustainable training programs for Seattle Children's workforce at all levels. Works directly with staff and Learning and Organizational development team to design curriculum and training fulfilling the learning needs of the organization. Programs to design include, but are not limited to; Employee, Leader, Career Development and include both in person and web based modalities. Provides leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure positive training outcomes. Provide ongoing training support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Content Development: Design and develop interactive learning curriculum, support materials and job aids for web-based and/or classroom instruction; responsible for the development, daily supervision and maintenance of learning offerings. Work directly with clinicians, subject matter experts, analysts, and learning and development consultants to develop Instructional Systems Design (ISD) curriculum and programs to support learning requests.
Training Delivery: Prepare and conduct web-based training programs, train-the-trainer sessions and/or instructor-lead classroom learning sessions; monitor classroom training and assemble materials; deliver knowledge inventories and/or competency checks.
Support & Maintenance: Proactively address training and support requests; conduct just-in-time coaching sessions (day-to-day sustaining). Provide frequent engagement with users to ensure curriculum and other training materials are up-to-date and relevant. Ensure all learning materials are maintained/updated in a timely manner. Provide support to end users as needed
