    Seattle Children’s Athletic Trainer: High School Setting - 3 Per Diem Openings

    As a member of Seattle Children’s Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, you will be working in a fully-integrated position in the high school setting, assessing, managing, and rehabilitating student-athletes’ injuries.


    Additionally, Seattle Children’s ATs work cohesively and collaboratively with their school’s staff and administration to provide education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, wellness and other health-related issues to athletes, coaches, athletic directors, parents, and the public.

    A strong candidate is an effective communicator and is skilled in injury prevention, evaluation and treatment services for student-athletes. Team oriented and collaborative in nature, candidates must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


    Required Education/Experience:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in health related field.
    - Commitment to LEAN performance improvement.

    Required Credentials:
    - Certified by National Athletic Trainers Association as an Athletic Trainer.
    - BLS for Healthcare Providers.
    - Current Washington State license to practice as an Athletic Trainer.

    - Master Degree in health related field.
    - Two years experience in an athletic training setting.
    - Demonstrated successful experience facilitating classes.
