    Seattle Children’s Research Institute is seeking a super-efficient and detail-oriented Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, have great energy and enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be a superior multi tasker willing to take on any challenge, big or small, and be extremely flexible while delivering high quality results. The best candidate for this role will keep calm under pressure and maintain a sense of humor.

    Provide scheduling and administrative support of a complex, responsible and at times confidential nature to the research institute President, Sr. Vice President and Vice President. Assists with the coordination, preparation of materials and day-of support for research institute committee and board meetings, as well as research institute leadership meetings. Partners with the Director, Cross-Functional Process Improvement to identify and implement the operational needs of the research institute administration department which includes a high volume of deliverables. Involvement in various projects and activities that support lean and cross-functional process improvements. Requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service, work independently within a team environment and exercise delegated decision making.


    Required Education/Experience:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management or related field.
    - Minimum of three (3) years related experience to include administrative support, program coordination and implementation and project management.
    - Proven record of project completion through use of methodologies including project and time management, team development, and status reporting.
