    Overview

    Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations, activities, and coordination of the ICU Administration support staff. Responsibilities include personnel management, maintaining facility, supplies and equipment; overseeing operations and the effective and efficient deployment of support staff, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, customer services, and executive standards. Identify and implement the operational needs of the program and projects, and upcoming departmental pilots and program initiatives. Support the process of developing, executing, resolving issues, communicating, and driving the final results of each pilot or program strategy. Provide operational oversight support to the ICU Administration team. Provide administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature to department leadership. Participate in the implementation of various process improvement goals and projects.

    Requirements

    Required Education/Experience:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
    OR
    - At least 2 of the following 3:
    1. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar supervisory role.
    2. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a executive healthcare setting.
    3. Current Executive Assistant, or similar.

    Preferred:
    - Project management experience.
    - Three or more years supervisory experience.
    - Customer service experience.
    - Experience in a healthcare organization and/or social services agency.
    - Experience with interdisciplinary projects.
