Provides oversight, direction, and decision-making for Seattle Children’s Imaging Services. Responsible for program planning, growth and development; operational oversight of imaging modalities, interventional radiology and gastrointestinal procedures; quality and safety; operational and financial performance; regulatory compliance; radiation safety; vendor contract management; inventory management; radiology research; ambulatory imaging services; medical imaging informatics and technology; community outreach and leading continuous improvement and innovation activities. Establishes and sustains strong collaborative relationships staff and key leaders throughout the organization, and with industry thought leaders across the country. Works in close collaboration with the Medical Director for Imaging and imaging faculty. Engages with referring physicians and other caregivers to further integrate imaging services across the care continuum and ensure safe and appropriate patient outcomes. Insures compliance with established policies and regulations. Collaborates with leadership and teams to ensure operational efficiency and leverage new opportunities. Leads services in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, values and strategic plan.
- Bachelor's degree from an accrediated school
- Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment and/or heatlhcare system
- Demonstrated experience and/or training in lean manufacturing, lean six sigma, continuous performance improvement and innovation, and change management methodology

- MHA, MBA or equivalent
- Previous director-level experience
- Diagnostic imaging, interventional, and gastrointestinal procedures managerial experience
- Academic medical center experience
- Pediatric practice experience
- Revenue cycle experience
- Clinical research experience
