Plan, implement and evaluate all business and administrative operations for the Bellevue Clinic and Surgery Center including operating and capital budgeting, staffing, manpower and patient delivery forecasting, and ensure that appropriate facilities and resources are available to support anticipated patient care delivery needs. Oversee scheduling/registration including direct supervision of clinic administration supervisor(s). Manage the safety program as the Safety Officer, including the safety committee, emergency drills, staff training, and EOC regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Director to develop and implement strategic planning, project planning, associated daily management systems and continuous quality improvement initiatives intended to optimize the delivery of services. Manage the customer service program, including volunteers, service standards, service recovery, and community outreach. Provides project support to the BCSC Director and managers as needed.


Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or job relevant field
- 2-3 years direct leadership experience
- Experience in data collection, analyzing and interpreting clinical or financial data to create, develop, and integrate information into presentations and visual systems for decision making
- Demonstrated experience implemeting complex and strategic improvement initiatives
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Experience

- MHA, MBA or equivalent
- Experience in an academic health care setting or related field.
- Experience in a customer service and/or hospitality field.
