Located at the Sand Point Learning Center - 


Facilities Coordinator job duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct daily rounds to identify repair needs. Engage appropriate resources for repairs and maintenance, tracking to completion.


• Manage and respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.


• Coordinate with internal and external vendors for services that include but are not limited to shredding, electrical issues, janitorial services, security issues, building repairs, and landscape maintenance.


• Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support for all audio/visual related systems including but not limited to display devices, projectors, and video teleconferencing (VTC).


• Provide support for general audio/visual setup in meeting rooms as well as high quality customer service for all onsite and virtual meetings and events.


• Provide support for emergency response plans including evacuation, implementation of after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety.


• Provide assistance to the Site Supervisor where applicable with reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies, equipment maintenance, safety/security issues, and other duties as assigned.


Ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic team player, with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms. Previous experience in facilities/property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.





Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in facilities management or inventory/shipping.


Required Credentials:
- N/A


- Bachelor’s Degree in  Facilities Management
- At least three (3) years experience in furniture industry or facility design
-Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms. Previous experience in facilities/property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
