Provide Medical Records support for one or more of the following primary responsibilities: coordinate tasks that support complete, accurate and timely processing of health information for use by healthcare providers, management and government/regulatory agencies. Coordinate the timely delivery of medical records to hospital staff. Prepare, index, review, evaluate, scan, and commit medical record documents to the Electronic Health Record. Provide technical support to maintain HIM computer systems and help resolve technical issues; assist in staff training and the development of instructional documentation.

Set up A-lines and Central Lines using sterile technique.

Developmental Infant Therapist (Occupational/ Physical Therapist)
0.8 FTE, Limited Term - anticipated duration 5 months)
We are seeking an occupational or physical therapist to join our OT/PT infant developmental team in a limited term position. The infant team serves inpatients throughout the hospital, providing developmental services to babies in the NICU, PICU, CICU and acute care units. The infant team works closely with families and collaboratively with medical services throughout the hospital to achieve optimal functional developmental outcomes for these infants.

We are seeking a program coordinator to join our team at our new Psychiatry South Clinic in Federal Way. This position will support our new behavioral health programs at South Clinic, including our new Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program. Other services will be a hybrid of in person and telehealth services. This position will also support our Child and Adolescent Latino Mental Health Assessment and Treatment (CALMA) Clinic which serves children and families who primarily speak Spanish. This position will be a hybrid of in person and remote. To help ensure equity in access to services, this position will support our services that run into the evening hours. Our Psychiatry South Clinic is focused on serving diverse patients and families. Candidates who are bilingual Spanish/English and have experience working with Spanish speaking families are strongly preferred. Our Cancer Care Unit was designed with patients, families and caregivers in mind. It has 48 beds in private rooms with natural light and innovative design. We treat all childhood blood cancers and blood disorders, including rare and complex diseases, and providing blood and marrow transplant services. Our doctors, nurses and many other team members are experts at working with children and young adults up to age 21 for all conditions and up to age 30 for select diagnoses. We offer a wide range of diagnostic services and treatments available in our specially designed state-of-the-art facility for cancer patients. Because our doctors take part in national and international research studies, and often lead them, we can offer new treatment options.
As an integral member of the Health Care Team, the RN functions within the Scope of Practice as defined by the State, the ANA Scope and Standards for Pediatric Nursing Practice, and adheres to Seattle Children’s policies/procedures and guidelines of care.
