Registered Nurse - Seattle Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (1.0 FTE, day shift)
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The PHP is a new program offering high intensity services from 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday, at the Main Campus of Seattle Children’s. The PHP will be serving adolescents ages 12 to 17 with a variety of mental health problems who may be discharging from an inpatient psychiatry setting, or are being diverted from inpatient psychiatry admission after an emergency department mental health evaluation. This treatment program offers team members a high level of training and support, with an emphasis on providing care in a team-based approach. Preferred candidates will have experience and/or interest working with youth with depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, psychosis and other psychiatric disorders and their families. To help ensure equity in access to services, all team members are expected to be available at least 1 evening per week.
